VR Room brings Virtual Reality Escape Rooms to Utrecht and Amsterdam
VR room, headquartered in Utrecht, has partnered with Ubisoft to expand it's Utrecht and Amsterdam locations by including all new virtual reality escape rooms. Visitors can play Escape the Lost Pyramid at both locations where players find themselves in the wondrous universe of Assassin's Creed® Origins and have 60 minutes to find their way out of The Lost Pyramid. They will be expanding their offer to include Beyond Medusa's Gate on the 13th of May at both locations where the players get to experience experience ancient Greece from Assassin's Creed® Odyssey. Last year The VR Room took VR gaming to a new level by introducing a completely new way of laser gaming in the Netherlands with VR Lasergamen. While the traditional laser gaming takes place in furnished rooms, the VR variant takes place on a few square meters and three players compete against three other players in the same virtual world. Every player is equipped with a VR headset, a robust weapon and a special vest, with which he feels an actual impact when he is shot at. In addition, the player can seek cover behind a physical tower to strengthen interaction with the 'real' world. The VR Room which is the very first Virtual Reality Room in the Netherlands, was founded in 2016. From one enthusiastic entrepreneur with a VR headset, a PC and a trunk, they have grown in three years to become the leader in the field of VR entertainment in the Netherlands. Eager to see what they come up with next! Check out the trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lin61fG1wq4 Visit the VR Room for more: http://www.vrescaperoom.nl/ Read the full article
