today was not a good day, I called in sick to my main work to work on a freelance translation and instead I just slept all day, now I’m on page 7 of this 30-page document that was due 1.5 weeks ago and actively avoiding to reply to multiple emails about it, it’s 2am and I definitely can’t call in sick 2 days in a row and honestly, this is my own fault since I have a whole month to work on this thing and they pre-paid everything already and just... AUGH

I feel awful being negative about this but I figure it’s best to manage expectations. If we mentally prepare ourselves for the heteronormative shitfest that will (probably) be sunday already it might hurt a little less. And any good bits might pleasantly surprise us :)
