maybe i'm cynical but i kinda feel like sofie went a bit rogue and that's why they pulled the plug on the stunts. like, the screenshots i've seen from her being in groupchats with "shippers", following update accounts and now sending messages about how the sun is full of bs? sounds like she's clinging to her connection to louis with everything she has and i could imagine louis and his team not being too impressed... just speculation though, i don't know any of these people

I think they actually pulled the plug much earlier! I think that after the photos dropped, the reaction of the fandom was pretty bad (and I don’t mean the usual larries being upset, but the majority of the fandom side eying the age difference hard - times are changing and age gaps have become a bigger issue in the last few years, especially with young women, just look at all the discourse around Leo DiCaprio!); and then Sofie’s friends posted shit on the socials about Louis, and she’s been to fend for herself ever since. I do think she’s trying to get as much attention out of it as she can, but it’s been over a while. I was surprised we even got a BUA at all.
