watching this Toni Cade Bambara: The Toni Cade Bambara School of Organizing documentary organized by the East Bay Lesbian Archive and man, Black history really gets me so emotional every time. seeing this archival footage of Toni’s life and just Black life from the 1930’s and up is just so precious to me. hearing Toni Morrison speak on her admiration and friendship for her, Toni Cade’s style and strong presence in photos, this is really electric documentation and she was truly an undeniable Black woman!
