The Vegas fic has four completed chapters and a total word count of: 50.859 words. The outline has it at eight chapters and an epilogue, so that’s still a rather long way to go. But I’ve been writing and tweaking it on/off for so many years now that I’m unsure whether it still makes sense as a coherent thing - and also so much has changed fandom-wise and in terms of HL which complicates it. It is, however (I just discovered), set in 2020, so wouldn’t it be nice if it was actually finished... Maybe you’ll need to read it and tell me if it’s actually worth continuing, E ;-)

H, you know I'm always up for reading more of the Vegas fic ;) but set in 2020... that would be nice, indeed ;) I get that it's hard to get into it again, and maybe it's time for new ideas ;) but unless you tell me absolutely no, I'm not ready to let go of Vegas <3

Imma send it all to you, just you wait - it’ll be up to you to decide if it’s worth pursuing or not ;) But yeah, I mean I think the hardest thing is maintaining the motivation - I’ve written a bit both yesterday and today, but I’ve done that before as well, so I’m vary of being too optimistic on my own behalf. We’ll see, I guess. (Also I don’t think I’ll ever be ready to let entirely go of Vegas either - but I’m not sure that it would fit that well into current fandom climate as to compared to when it was conceptualised...). Also the fact that it was meant to be posted at a time where it would very much be set in the future, and now it’s decidedly not anymore it a bit weird (and kind of makes me wonder if maybe I should change the timing of it)..

I guess it’s my home! Or sitting at the rhine and i weirdly love sitting in trains that make their way through the country. It’s very calming (when they are empty).
