The ☆USUK+UKUS Lounge☆'s Discord server is hosting a Winter Event for USUK/UKUS!
Our Festival of Frost will run from for the entire month of December 2025!
(This event will function a little differently from our previous week-long events. This will be a slightly more casual event, as participants will have an entire month to share their submissions.)
You do not have to be a member of our server to participate in our Festival of Frost event (though we do welcome and invite you to check out our server if you haven't yet), so long as you follow and respect the rules that we have laid out for participation!

We know that this time of year is typically incredibly busy for everyone, so we wanted to host an event that was fun but a bit more laidback to allow more flexibility when it comes to sharing and creating entries!
For our Festival of Frost, we have come up with a total of ✨TWENTY✨ winter themed prompts for participants to pick from!
To participate, choose whichever prompt(s) take your fancy and use them as inspiration to create a fanwork (fanart, fanfic, etc.) to share!
Our Festival of Frost will begin offically accepting entries on December 1st, and the event will run all the way through to the end of the year on December 31st.
(With that being said, as is the case with all of our events, we always, always welcome late entries!! Please don't let finishing something in January stop you from sharing it with us! We would love to see your work!!)

It's a few days late, but Happy New Year, everyone!!
Here’s to 2026! We hope that it will be a peaceful and prosperous year for everyone!
The Events Team here would like to say a great, big "thank you!" to all of our wonderful event participants this past month! We have really enjoyed everyone's submissions here on Tumblr, Twitter, AO3, and in our Discord server!
Our Festival of Frost event may have officially reached its conclusion, but if you are still working on an entry please do not worry! We always welcome and accept late entries!
(If, at any point, for any of our events, you ever find the event AO3 collection has closed or would like a late entry you posted to be shared directly onto our Tumblr or Twitter pages, then please don't hesitate to reach out to us so we can help!!)

If you have any fanworks already prepared for this event (or if you have work that will be finished by tomorrow), you are free to start posting them then!
If you plan to participate and do not have anything prepared yet though, don't worry!
Our ❄️Festival of Frost❄️ officially runs until the end of December, so please take your time and submit your entries as you see fit! There is no set schedule or quota for entries to be submitted, so feel free to post as much as you want, whenever you would like to!
(We would also like to mention that even beyond the official end date of this event, we are always happy to accept late entries! So, if you start an entry but don't get to finish until January or beyond, please don't let that stop you from tagging and sharing your work!)
