New GL mini series - รัก OVERDOSE or Rak Overdose just premiered its first episode
Synopsis: Based on the story of a real butch/femme couple, Rak Overdose follows Tar (Tina Suppanad) , a womanising millionaire tomboy who constantly suffers from drug overdoses. Mo (Nana Sawanya), a rising actress who witnesses one of her overdose incident, intervenes just in time. This develops into love that drives Tar to pursue Mo in every possible way. Even though Mo rejects her, and is unwilling to date a playboy and drug addict, Mo finally opens her heart and accepts Tar's love. Despite Tar's promise to quit, her journey is far from easy. She even secretly resorts to heavy drugs, nearly killing herself. Mo is afraid of losing Tar forever as she knows that Tar loves others but doesn't know how to love herself. She decides to do something no one expected… which she hopes will help pull Tar out of hell.
The GL miniseries has 6 episodes, each around 23 minutes, premiering every Saturday at 4:00 PM on One31 Youtube. The miniseries is a collaboration between the Thai Health Promotion Foundation and One31 to promote both LGBTQ+ awareness and drug awareness.
