#positiveliving in #Malaysia presents my first ever lohsang of the CNY festive season and this is our favorite dish to start off any family reunion as it's very healthy and filling as well. There's non other in the South East Asia region as only Malaysian Chinese New Year we have this delicacy here. Normally I will have a second helping or 3rd depending and I will skip the other meat dishes and go for the vegetables dishes, and I will be full for the meal of the day. Whatever left over will be packed and the other family members will bring them back. This is also how I keep myself from over eating with too much meat dishes during the Chinese New Year festivity. #positiveliving in #Malaysia wishes y'all good Sunday evening rest as the hot weather of the CNY festive season is really unbearable and I don't believe in staying in air-conditioning environment - it gives me headaches and body aches all over and I know prolong staying in air-conditioning will bring about aging aching effects as years go by. As such I rather feel as if in sauna to sweat it out plus drinking a lot of water to keep myself hydrated should be good for my health.
