We will be initiating a vibrant tradition of discussion and dialogue, which are elementary in nature. And we will be taking a step ahead in channelizing the youth towards a conscience driven society.
At this current economic turn-around that India is going through,when everything seems to be going well for us, it will be very enlightening to hear from the Leaders of India where we are headed! It is very important from the point of nation building and Skill development in the youth. The continuous push by the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi towards the empowerment of youth and their growth might prove to be the key to India’s success in the future.
The co-founder of Certination has been a key figure in skill development of youth at the college level and helping them get jobs. In the current scenario, the jobs in the industries are getting more specialized. Specially after the IT boom, the colleges are facing the challenge of updating the curriculum again and again in line with Industry standards. And there is a huge gap!!
Although with the economic turn-around we are generating jobs, these jobs are in specialized skilled. If however we train ourselves in certain specific courses, it becomes very easy to get a job. Also, these skills help in long term career growth and provides a way of life. With courses in virtually every skill set in engineering and management, they are doing a notable job.
