Are We Having Fun Yet?
Are you having fun in love? My husband & I have lots of fun. We tickle each other, go thru the toy aisle in the department store and set off the musical toys, we do old dances, laugh at corny jokes, laugh at old videos and songs we used to like. This is what life is about....Love...laughter...If there is someone you love, let them know and also enjoy their company.
We must come to a place in love that we simply relax. This is not just relative to romantic love but also your interactions with siblings, parents, co-workers. It's okay to laugh a little, smile a little. Life is good! Love is good! Enjoy Love~

Dieting Sheep
I had a discussion with a friend about the Global Day without dieting. Did you know that exists? I do not.
In an ideal world, the International No Diet Day would not exist. In fact, we would not need 6 May to remind us that schemes, cures, detox and weight loss products are ineffective and harmful to our physical and mental health. It would be useless to talk about body diversity and self-acceptance. The fashion industry would not have so much power over our collective definition of beauty and criteria that determine it. We would not bombarded with advertisements offering us a thousand and one ways to lose weight.
However, since that ideal world does not exist and we are seeing more and more young people and women worry about their weight and the image they project, we need the International No Diet Day.
I read in some articles that young people are increasingly affected by this ‘perfection’. Young people want to look like what they see in magazines and on TV, I even read that now girls thought has already slim 13 years old ??? !!! but where the world is going ?? All this because we want to match the beauty criteria of society.
One could almost believe that weight loss is synonymous with success. For some people it becomes a downright obsession, we should accept ourselves with our bodies.
I am always careful about what I eat and I'm tired about that. Whatever, I leave you I'll go to the quick to eat 20 nuggets. #fatlife #beingmyself
