I’ve seen video reaction where people were like: -screeching at how cute the beginning was, with little children with youthful friendship possibly growing into something more (also referencing the plot of Carol, FFS Harold, get a grip!)
-totally ignoring the transistion to the key sentence “something gave you the nerve to touch my hand” -a this point they are yelling about marriage and bells and OMG THIS IS ABOUT JOE ARE THEY MARRIED? OMG RICE ON THE GROUND YOU GUYS!1!1!
- I swear to God I heard people commenting on the uniqueness of the music and totally missing the ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM of an actual innocent frienship that someone has the NERVE to turn into something more and then the climax of this fucking FRIENDSHIP ends with one of the friend picking up the other at a wedding😳 how do you all manage to not hear it is literally beyond me 😳
-she’s like ironically calling an obvious lover a FRIEND, A GAL PAL and you’re all out there ignoring her
-but you know what? I don’t even blame you, ‘cause she’s soon probably gonna say she was inspired by the most random thing, like I don’t know THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY and you’ll all just believe her so 😂
