“He’s still so beautiful, isn’t he?”
I felt Apollo’s fingers curl into fists at Zephyrus’ words, a soft growl coming up from his throat.
“How did you know about this place and how did you get in here?”
The sun god hissed as he stepped forward and in front of me, protectively trying to hide me from the west wind’s view.
“Oh? didn’t you know? your little friend there told me all about you keeping Hyacinth all to yourself.”
I felt my blood run cold as Zephyrus aimed his gaze straight at me.
“Leave.”
Apollo growled through clenched teeth. his eyes hard when I looked up at him.
“There’s only so much Cupid’s protection prevents me from going over there and tearing you limb-from-limb like I should have done so long ago. I suggest you leave now before you actually see how far that goes.”
Zephyrus seemed to finally get the hint as he snickered and hopped over the fence and away, his wings bursting forth and carrying him away.
“Apollo…”
I tried, glancing up at the sun god, but he continued to just glare at the ground, his teeth clenched and his fists shaking.
“Get out of my garden…”
I froze, sure I had misheard him.
“What?”
“I. Said. Get. Out!”
Apollo shouted. his aura bursting forth and nearly knocking me off my feet. the giant python baring its fangs threateningly at me and wrapped itself protectively around its owner.
“GET OUT!!"
