♥ Arranged Marriage AU
“It’s for Elsa” Anna reminder herself as she looked into her vanity mirror. Since her sister opted out of marriage, it now fell on the young redhead to marry in her place, forging an alliance they desperately needed with Hans still sniffing around the borders. Still though, she would only have this dinner to speak to the man she was to marry before the wedding the following day, Anna wouldn’t even have this if Elsa hadn’t pushed for it… Still, determined to make the best of it, she took the time to pin her hair perfectly and slip into the dark green and gold trimmed gown her sister had made for her before making her way tot he main dining hall where she once more stood beside Elsa, waiting for her soon to be husband to arrive.
“Please don’t be scary, please don’t be scary” she whispered to herself as the trumpets sounded, announcing his arrival.
As Claude strode into the castle with sore legs and an especially gloomy disposition, he reflected that perhaps it had been a mistake to ride the entire way to Arendelle. He did not like being coddled, especially in this particular situation, but perhaps resisting it had not been his best choice. Slipping his riding gloves off of his hands as he entered, his procession following closely behind him, he entered the main dining hall of the castle, where he was greeted by the sight of two young women. Pausing, he looked between the two of them for a long moment, scrutinizing them. They looked to be nearly the same in age, but the one with white hair seemed more collected, more steady somehow. She must be the queen. Turning to the other one, he looked her over before he forced himself to give her a slight smile. She looked pretty enough.
“Your highness,” he greeted her, before looking back towards the queen. “Your majesty.” Bowing to them briefly, he quickly returned to his previous stature, his back rigid once more. “I apologize for being late. It was a longer journey than I had anticipated.”

Finally taken a break he was on his way towards Granny’s dinner. His hands in his pockets as he took out his phone just to keep track of the time. Whale hadn’t expected to bump into her after all this time. “Are you stalking me?” He teased.
