Old leaky souls.... You know lately I've been seeing and hearing a bit more hate being thrown at people riding and building old Japanese motorbikes, and it kind of bums me out. I've put 6000+ miles on my $900 kz1000 and probably another 800 between this little red cb350 and my XS400 this summer alone. Yea I had to replace the stator on the kz1000 and the cb350 loves to piss oil all over itself but guess what I wouldnt have it any other way. Sure I could probably sell all these tired old beasts and put a down payment on a sweet Harley Davidson or some new and true adventure bike but I don't because I love to ride these "junkers". Loving what you ride is all that matters when it comes down to it. Roll along on your own steed and if someone talks some trash just smile and let that shit roll off like the oil on your cases.
