Candace Prescott for @des-dabbles Lucian!

Candace Prescott is a 23 year old born and raised Del Sol Vallian. Her father passed away when she was 13, and since then she's been raised by her hard-working mother.

Candace longed to see her mother live a quiet life. She hated seeing the tension and exhaustion in her mom's eyes every night. And so she vowed to provide for her.

So started Candace's journey into acting. She was pretty and she knew it, so she used this to her advantage. It wasn't long before her name was showing up next to major stars in magazines and credits. That was enough for her. She was making enough money to provide for herself and give her mother the life she'd always deserved. She didn't want to be big and famous. Just rich.

But a life in the spotlight, no matter how small it may be, gets lonely. Candace never forgot her mother and father's love for each other, the way that they seemed to complete each other. Her mother had never dated again, saying that she'd never "win the lottery twice."

When the announcement for Lucian made it's way to Candace, she immediately felt unexplainably drawn to him. Something in his eyes just clicked with her soul. She knew then and there that she'd do whatever she had to do to not only make it on his show, but to win it... and his heart, too.

Candace is a Scorpio. She is gentle, shy, and lighthearted. Her favorite past time is to get lost in a good book. Libraries are her solace from the world. Her dream date is riding horses on the beach at sunset or sunrise. Her favorite animal is a bunny. She hopes that one day, she can leave acting behind and have her own reality cooking show.

Lucky Spurlock for @des-dabbles‘ Lucian

Poor Lucky has always been anything but. He’s clumsy and jealous, but has a heart of gold. Based on his appearance, he comes off scary or mean, but beyond his punk exterior, lies a sweet man that’s just a little rough around the edges (and sometimes hard to get close to).

Lucky found his geek calling by being a Gaming Simstuber. He likes playing horror games the most, but his guilty pleasure is easygoing games like Animal Crossing or Stardew Valley. His online personality is sassy and unshakeable.

Perpetually single (and generally alone), Lucky decided to try his luck at finding love with Lucian on The Bachelor.

Del Sol’s newest rising star is slated to be the next Bachelor. 

Lucian Thorne has just been announced as this season’s Bachelor. Born in Willow Creek, he started gaining attention by singing ROMANTIC ballads on simTube. Once moving to Del Sol, the AMBITIOUS lad made a jump into comedy and quickly began selling out some of the biggest well-known comedy clubs. Now, the ever CHEERFUL, Lucian is hoping to find that special someone to share all of life’s special moments.

Are you looking for love and think you have what it takes to win Lucian’s heart? Rules for applying under the cut.

Rules for Submitting, 

Lucian is PAN, so all are welcomed to apply.

Accepting 7 applicants. As of right now, I don’t know if I’ll accept more but I won’t rule it out.

CC is allowed. I’m mixing it up and going ALPHA this time.  

Please no eyes except contacts.

Packs I DO NOT own (at least ones that might matter): Batuu, Dream Home, and Throwback Fit.  

Dress as many outfits you want. Must have at least 2 everyday outfits and 1 formal. Please feel free to describe their aesthetics to help capture their personality.

Custom traits are allowed, but NO traits that affect ROMANCE. As for the friendly traits, feel free to use them, but don’t get sneaky and use all of them. Flaws and negative traits are encouraged. Have some fun. NO ROMANCE aspirations either. Feel free to use the new likes/dislike feature when creating your sim.

Also, feel free to give your sim some skills. NO CHARISMA, but anything that would make your sim feel more complete. Max of 5 skills no more than half full. 

Create a post for your contestant. Give me a bit of a backstory, it doesn’t have to be large. What do they like and dislike? Do they have a favorite color, food, music genre? Who is your contestant? The more the merrier.

Alan Darnell

The third eliminated was Alan. He was a quiet guy around the house. Their introductions was was a wonderful mix of flirty and friendship. Alan left gaining the highest friendship out of the intros. First date also went really well, gaining Alan the first kiss of the challenge. Alan lost his competition against Selina, losing a chance at an extra date. During free times, Lucian and Alan found each other, but more often than not, those moments were more friendly than flirty.

@katmk36 Alan was such a sweet guy. There was nothing ever really wrong with their relationship. Just the evils of a BC. Alan was one of the other sims that gained a relationship bar with other competitors. Two in fact. But once those bars were reset to zero, he never picked back up on following those relationships.

Gideon Mowry

Gideon tried to pull an Ari. He was a steady presence with Lucian. Always there to give him a hug or a kiss. No matter the time or place. Every date was non stop flirting and chatting. Never straying far from each other, He won both competitions, securing those extra dates and chances to win Lucian's heart. Unfortunately, he fell just short of the remain two girls.

@fataleromeo Gideon was so steady, through out the entire competition. The lack of whims in comparison to the remaining competitors kept him from getting that final boost needed to stay in.

Marcel and Selina

These two hit it off instantly. While Lucian was being introduced to everyone, these two were flirting up a storm. Selina gained a whim to get engaged to Marcel and she never lost it. Even resetting their romance to zero, these two kept approaching each other and building up the romance. It seemed only fitting to let them both go off and start a life together.

Avery Roberts

Holy cow! I don't know what to expect with Avery. Avery came in and flirted with every contestant that would look her way. She was not going to let her heart get involved. Lucian and her flirted constantly. Anytime they were in the same room, sparks flew. But the whims were so slow. She was technically the last to receive a first kiss, only happening when there was three contestants left. I like to think that Lucian was waiting to show her just how serious he was.

@mimirue Look! We did it. Our sims made it pass the friend stage. She went through 4 full romance bars (yes, I had to keep resetting romance bars cause all the contestants kept filling their bars) and on the second date she received the deeply in love with Lucian sentiment during their second date.
