This was me working out yesterday morning. I’m the one on the skill mill that lost her pants😝🙌🏼 😂😂😂 I was too much in the zone I actually didn’t realise till it was pointed out to me, whoops 😂😂 thank you 🙏🏼 I have no shame though! I will be back tomorrow with my smaller pants on. No more Large here. Why? My PT from @genesisfitnessparramatta is Jason and his been training me with, Kaz and Zalfa on Turf Club I’ve lost nine kgs since joining EVEN WITH DEPRESSION no excuses peeps and now my clothes aren’t fitting 😂🙌🏼 I can’t recommend a better gym absolutely lovely staff! @genesisfitnessparramatta has an eight week challenge going on at the moment. I've been to so many beautiful places, but this creek is still my favorite. The water changes from dark, and green brown, to absolutely clear or bright blue. Everytime I go jogging I go to this creek, a few kilometers away from my hometown, and walk upstream. In the summer months there are dozens of blue shiny dragon-flys, and it's nothing less than pure magic, walking through the cool water and looking for the little changes since I went there days ago. I love this photo so much. This was taken in one of the most beautiful days in my life. In this exact moment, one of the bright blue dragon-flys sat on my finger.
