I am actually worried for my future. although I have been studying and making journals, they have not been posted which is the first slip up of falling back into old habits, and now I cannot bring myself to sit down for a single hour. the pure thought of having to write notes and study is revolting, and not even the feeling of not accomplishing anything is pushing me to do anything school related.
The course set up in my opinion it is very easy however, I am having such intense burnout from the 21 hours it took to write the essay and do the assignment. my brain is shutting down into survival mode to protect itself from doing anything of the sort and all I want is a better future for myself.
am I really destined to grovel in this exercise of futility, of not being able to bring myself to better my education and knowledge to carry myself forward.

11. Hi guys. Thanks for the great material. Are there any good exercises for helping correct fully compensated forefoot varus (I have it in both my feet). Orthotics have not helped at all in the past, and I have feeling that this is something I acquired. I am almost certain that this is the root cause of the horrible hip-back-neck pain I have experienced for the last 8 years. Thanks!
