😔 - is your muse insecure?

Charlotte had become a lot more insecure as the years went by. A lot of failed relationships made her wonder if maybe she’s going about this all wrong, or maybe she’s just unlovable. This feeling intensified when she found out she’s suffering from infertility, as she began wondering if anyone will ever love her and want to start a family with her. This is what she’s mostly insecure about, to the point she didn’t share this revelation with anyone.

Charlotte tries very hard to not be rude or unfriendly, as she believes if one has nothing good to say, they should shut their mouth. However, if she has a bad history with someone, she definitely lets her passive aggressive side shine.

🙌 - mannerisms that your muse has when they’re extremely happy

When Charlotte is very happy she lets out a big grin, and excitedly claps her hands in excitement.

🤞 - what’s the most impulsive thing you can picture your muse doing

The most impulsive thing I can picture Charlotte doing is probably falling in love too fast and hard. She’s a very calculated person by nature without an adventurous bone in her body, but she craves affection and love from people and for sure would and already has became romantic with people that maybe she shouldn’t have.

01 - Does your muse have a catchphrase, or something they find themselves saying often?

I don’t think Josie has a catchphrase or something she says regularly, but something she does often when talking to people is pause and think about what she’s going to say before she says it. Rather than ramble, Josie chooses her words carefully and is more likely to stay silent if she can’t figure out what to say rather than blurt out something that is close, but not quite what she wants to convey. She’s discovered through her romantic relationships that if she’s having an important conversation, it can be helpful to communicate that she’s going to be a moment collecting and processing her thoughts. That way her partner doesn’t get frustrated with her or think she doesn’t have anything to say.

32 - Is your muse more productive at night or during the day?

Josie is more productive during the day, specifically in the early morning. She has a regular morning routine that she’s been dedicated to for years, which includes running, journaling, and sometimes a workout. After that is when she’s most productive work-wise, and when she often does the bulk of her writing and editing. The only exception to this is when inspiration strikes, as cliché as it is. This can happen at any point in the day for any reason, and when it does, Josie takes whatever is near her - her phone, a piece of paper and a pen, her laptop - and rapidly starts jotting down her ideas or writing.

13 - Would your muse like to have children? If they already have children, would they like more?

Josie has no children to date, but she’d like to have some in the future. She doesn’t know how many or when, but at some point she’d like to start a family of her own. She’d ideally like to find someone to start that family with, but if she never does, she’s considered the idea of starting a family all on her own.

10 - How easy it to earn your muses trust? How easy is it for it to be broken?

It is hard to earn Josie’s trust and it’s quite easy for it to be broken. Josie is pretty open when it comes to surface level parts of her life, things like what’s she’s reading, what she does on the weekends for fun, and where she went to school. When it comes to anything deep and meaningful, talking about her parents or her love life, she’ll deflect unless you’re one of the few people that she’s let in. There’s also a very select group of people that she’ll let read her first drafts. With her writing, Josie usually revises several times before she’s comfortable letting other people read it.

Josie would never lose her trust in someone over something small, but if someone does something seriously hurtful, Josie has a one-strike policy. She understands that other people feel comfortable giving second chances, but she doesn’t. If someone breaks her trust, she gets tunnel vision and limits herself to the line of thinking that if they’ve done it once, they can easily do it again. If someone breaks her trust, they have to virtually start from the beginning to earn it again.
