He goes to a secret festival she held for maenads and he went and drunk the blood of some women to capture her attention.
She spots him and drags him to her chamber for interrogation, while after some back and forth she reaches a conclusion. She volunteers to let him drink her blood instead of roaming around Amsterdam hunting others and he instantly accepts. (Exactly according to plan)
