Loki shuffled his feet a bit sheepishly, something hidden behind his back and cheeks a soft shade of coral. "Listen, I'm not very good at these things," he began in a low voice, gaze flickering from the floor to his expression, then back to the floor, "but I've brought something for you..." He hesitated for what felt like ages, then eventually stepped aside to reveal a neatly wrapped box from behind him, gesturing to it as it wriggled. "I hope you'll find it to your liking. Happy birthday, Starlight."
(OOC: Loki totally didn't kidnap Bucky for Steve I swear he had no part in any of this elaborate plan he's been talking about subtly for weeks I have no idea what you're talking about)
"Loki, you didn't have to get me anything. I'm really just happy to be with you," he looked over at the wiggling package and then back at Loki with a raised brow. "What did you get me anyways it seems to be moving?"
