I'm definitely feeling burnt out lately.
Today I decide uninstall my Instagram, Twitter, Facebook (does anyone still use this? lol).
I'm in my vacation period, but I'm doing two disciplines specials of vacations: ethic {much philosophy and application of common sense} and theory of methodology of the science {very interesting, I'm loving ♡}.
I have activities every day, it is very tiring... 😮💨 I'm thinking about to stay 100 days without social media, i want to focus in my studies, read more, learn news hobbies, to pass more time with family's and my friends (even not having many 🥲), i want to practice my english {i intend to write everyday here, it will be my diary of productivity, lol}. obviously, i want to care of my mental health {very important... want to back to practice yoga, meditation in the morning (and the night too, hihi) when i practiced i felt very good}.
Today was a day tired, I woke up with a headache that I can't seem to shake.
I don't studied in period of the morning, only at 6pm that i started to study. the important is to start something!
