This may look like a light weight but I’m learning so much from my trainers that some of the best body builders workout with light weights. The difference with their training and the average weight lifter is the professional will lift slowly and with precision. Now when Im lifting weights pending which exercise the duration of any repetition can be anything from four to eight seconds. So while I might have gone for 15-20 reps now my focus is on 10 over a minute or so. On my fifth set I will be lucky if I can do eight reps. When I begin weight training three weeks ago I vegan with 3 sets I’ve now advanced to 5 sets and will soon move onto 6 sets.
