Long story short, I feel into a deep depression the beginning of this week and the only thing that kept me sane was finally playing Age of Calamity, and little Bubbs here. Short for Bubbeleh. I've been playing it non-stop since Monday.

Expect more fanart, and maybe some certain fic updates maybe.

Big projects I'm working on? I need a fucking break, my day job is hard enough.

While playing Age of Calamity.

Revali: *walks over to Link while staring him down*

I played the Age of Calamity demo, and uh...

I’m a little concerned about the story.

See, there’s this little non-corrupted Guardian that’s basically R2-D2, and the story is making it out to be that it was always a character in BotW, you see. And somehow, it can time-travel (not a new plot device for Zelda, of course, but here, it threw me off). It specifically traveled from the moment Zelda unlocked her Ganon-sealing powers to before Link gets the Master Sword.

I’m a little worried that either this new character is either going to be completely inconsequential to the story or that it’s somehow going to create an ending where it splits the timeline again.

But I could be wrong about all of that. We’ll see.

Gameplay wise though, so far it’s all right. Dynasty Warrior-esque games aren’t usually my thing, so for me, it took some getting used to. Zelda is really fun to play though.

I’m not going to pre-order it. I’ll wait for full release and, depending on the story, maybe wait for it to go on sale.

i wish link was wearing the royal guard gear instead of soldier gear, or at least gets an upgrade to that at some point? bc 1. sexy 2. makes more sense seeing how close to the champion gear this is and 3. sexy
