This project is called LSD Project. It's got nothing to do with drugs (stay in school, kids). LSD is Looking Straight Down. This project is to show people, who are dealing with suicidal thoughts, depression, self harm thoughts, that they aren't alone and that they should never feel alone.

What is LSD Project? LSD is not about drugs but Looking Straight Down. My name is Joe and I know a lot of people dealing with depression, selfcharm, suicide thoughts. One of them told me once: “It feels like looking straight down all the time.” We, everyone who joins LSD project, want to show everybody who’s dealing with depression that we care. Depressed people often describe themself as “low”, “down”. We want to show them that it’s not true. If you look straight down you see your shoes, flowers, street… Not other people. Nobody should ever feel “on the ground” because of life. Let’s show everyone that if we look straight down we see world, not depression and sadness. How does LSD Project work? It’s fantastic how easy it is! Just take a picture of what you see looking straight down. We’d like you to have one hand down (or more than one hand, if you want) and show everyone what are you holding in that hand - a cigarette, a book or nothing. Take pictures whenever you want and send them to us! If you’re walking your dog - show it! If you have a broken leg - show it! If you are dirty - show it! If you’re on a wheel chair - show it! If you’re in the beautiful park - show it! If you If you’re naked - sho… Oh, whatever, show us whatever you want! Show us yourself. How to join? There’s no “joining page” or money you need to pay to join. All you need is a camera (even a simple phone camera) to take a photo. Then send it to us. How? There are two ways: 1. You go on our submit page and… Submit. 2. You send it to us by e-mail - [email protected] [subject: LSD Photo] Remember to tell us who you are or if you want to stay anonymous. If you submit it by your tumblr and don’t tell us your name or if you want to be an anon, we’re going to take your URL as your name, it’s fair enough, isn’t it? You can also tell us you want us to sign you by your URL, no problem! As for the e-mail, please sign it with whatever you want us to write under your photo. Remember! This may be just a project, nothing serious - but it’s serious in our hearts. This project has nothing to do with drugs! If you send us your photo, you are accepting the fact that we will probably post it, that’s obvious, I guess’ (just like hot coffee in McDonald’s).
