I just got off the phone with the PNE ticketing office about the Louis Tomlinson Vancouver show. They confirmed sections 109 and 119 are closed due to a promoter decision.

There isn't much the ticketing office can do, however you can exchange your seat for another seat currently empty on the ticketing website if you want to. The new closest sections to the stage are 108 and 120, but both are full.
