These are pretty long but...
Fun fact #1 — Eindride’s scars (or the one mainly on the left side of his face) were supposed to be burn scars, but back then I didn’t know how to draw them so they were kinda inaccurate. They look more accurate now!
Fun fact #2 — Though it’s impractical to have long hair as a knight (MASSIVE fighting disadvantage if hair gets caught or grappled), Eindride can’t bear cutting it. His hair was burnt in the war and trust me when I said it took forever to grow back… He’s not keen on losing it again.
Fun fact #3 — Eindride doesn’t have the best eyesight. He’s blind in his left eye due to war injuries. Not to mention how he's covering his eyes most of the time...
Fun fact #4 — Building off of numero three, Eindride makes up for this by training all his other senses. Sure he may not be able to see you, but he sure hear you.
Fun fact #5 — Even more adding on, he hides his eyes because he believes theyre hideous and show too much of his emotion. This was all post war.
Fun fact #6 — The only people that he shows his eyes to are Mathias, Melike, Mandra, and he also used to show queen Yvana them, but has recently stopped.
Fun fact #7 — It's pretty surprising with how much of a gentle giant he is, but Eindride has major anger issues. He was more of the destroyer archetype when he was younger, but what ever happened in the war mellowed him out.
Fun fact #8 — Doesn't drink because he claims he needs to stay alert to protect Mathias (damn never-breaking shield), but between you and I... one time he got so drunk he cried to Mathias, asking how they could ever be together if he couldn't carry Matt's babies. (yes, it was THAT embarrassing)
Fun fact #9 — You know that old Soldier Poet King trend? If Endride ever did it he'd assumed he get Soldier since he's already a knight. However he'd actually get the ruler (hence the ruler archetype). I like to think he'd make a pretty good king if he actually ever wanted to be one, but he has no desire too. Serving Mathias is all he asks for.
Fun fact #10 — Eindride has developed PTSD, OCD, and OCPD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder. They are two different disorders!) due to his traumas. Though he's undiagnosed. Eindride is also making slow progress of getting better about his OCPD. Slowly...
