Lube Talk, and no not that kind...😅
So its been hot lately and all the plants are really starting to grow. Canadian summers are the most beautiful thing mother nature created. I swear... Ive been out riding quite alot the last few days in the heat, and my god it is 10x funner at 25+ degrees. I got the brake bled, and got new brake pads put in, the whole drive system got cleaned out, lubed up and put back together, plus i put a blue chain and a new more aggressive front tire on it. In this damn heat, rubber gets softer and sticks to the road like gum, lubricants get more lubey. Ive been cruisin around town hitting turns way tighter than i normally can, and after 10 minutes of riding my axles have 0 resistance from the lube thinning so much so i can go really fast really really smoothly.
On a side note, i want to repaint the frame as whoever did it was high on crystal meth. What colour should i paint it? I almost wanna try colour matching the existing paint and redoing it properly, sanding it down with a primer, multiple coats of paint as well as a clear coat....
