I'll see Starmania on stage tomorrow ! No, it's not a revival, it's the show performed by the students of the Studio International Vanina Mareschal, a musical theatre school in Paris, for the end of the term. I didn't want to go at the beginning, because it's not really a professional production, but then I thought why the hell not ? Admission is free. It would have been dumb not to go. Starmania was the first musical I ever saw on stage in my life and I loved it and I was obsessed by it and I'm terribly nostalgic about it and I haven't seen it for 13 years and France Gall and Luc Plamondon are stupid for having a petty feud and preventing a the creation of a new version.

Tomorrow's show is directed by Laurent Bàn (David Bàn's brother) who was in a few musical like Notre Dame de Paris, Hair and dubbed Gerard Butler in the french version of the Phantom of the Opera movie.

I'm very excited. For good reason, I hope.
