ugh I know!!'n when they just sit there after uve told them you're closed like 3 times

or when they come in like 2 minutes before you close and have 500 questions about how to build a porch or something :) and we have a big sign up on the building that says “Open: 9-13″, it shouldn't be too hard but these things happen every time I work
