as far as i know the first episode has not been subbed by any groups yet, but i doubt it'll stay unsubbed for long. i'm not too familiar with fansubs but if anybody has any info please spread the word! i'll keep my eyes open for some updates as well \o/

i haven't really watched a variety of mech series but i guess i'd have to go with Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann for now

36: In your opinion, what makes a good anime?

CHARACTERS!! man i can't even stress this enough because look, a series could have the best story in the world alright? but if the characters are bland?? i'm probably not even gonna finish it. but if it's vice versa where the characters are really interesting and the story is kinda bland, i can still watch through that because at least i'll have some kind of an emotional investment thanks to the characters. along with colorful characters, i also tend to like series with interesting style such as Mononoke, Gankutsuou, or even Hellsing Ultimate. also good music, having my favorite seiyuus, and a good balance between humor and actions scenes are all a plus.

You are reading my mind or something? xD I'm really looking forward for this, I've never read this manga (it's not licensed in italy and i don't like to read manga on line), but I think is a lot similar to Gintama, so yes I want to see that.
