Ok look—
Queen Alicent gives birth to a alpha child that is born with dark hair, and when she first saw him she cried because she had finally a child that look like her, BUT, her father was not happy about this, he claimed that the child would be considered a bastard, and that the king would kill her and the child. Otto wanted to kill him, but Alicent managed to convince him to send him to a convent in the north.
And there, Aemond Targaryen was created as Osferth Snow. He was raised sweet, loving, and when he achieved eighteen he decided to leave the north and travel the world, but he had no money nor prospects, so he decided to make some money before traveling through seas, and he ended up in Dragonstone, taking care of the dragons (for some reason that idk.) And he took really good care of them, principally after Rhaenyra whent live there. He had a great personality and people in general loved him. He was good fighting, telling histories, and in general almost everything. Jace for exemple thought that Osferth was a excellent company for camping and hunting.
But you know how things are, and in a small mount of time the greens decided that the alpha son of the late king, Daeron, should be the heir, and it was monstrous the amount of people that agreed with them. In this time Lucerys came back from Driftmark, the only omega son of Rhaenyra, that was raised for long seven years with his grandparents, as a child of their on. He came back with his grandsire to get ready for war.
The blacks decided that they should have more dragonriders, and started to collecting bastards all over Westeros, and as a dragonkepper, Osferth went out with Jace and Lucerys to try collect some wild dragons for riders. Lucerys teached some bastards high valyrian, so they could communicate with the dragons, and Osferth and Jace made sure that none of them turn into a dragon's dinner.
Osferth himself I only knew a few words in high valyrian, actually, he did not know how to read nor wright, even then, every night he sat next to the fire to hear Lucerys teaching the other ones. One day before Lucerys sat by the fire to teach the Targaryen bastards, and when he passed by Osferth (that was taking care of the dragons) he asked if the dragonkeeper would not listen the lesson today. After that day, they grew close, so close that when Jace trapped Cannibal so one of the bastards could get to tame him and the beast went mad and try to attack the first person he saw, (that was Lucerys) thankfully Osferth stepped in front of Lucerys, so with some high valyrian words that he learned, and a lot of courage, he not just calmed down Cannibal, but created some type of weird bond with the creature.
After that a lot of things happened and the blacks win, unfortunately the queen died, and Jacaerys took the throne but that's another story.
But the truth is that I like Osferth and I wanted him to be the first ML and that is only possible if he is Aemond himself. So someone please write a fic like this. <3
Oh, I forgot to say that here, Jace and Luke (just the two of them) are Leonor and Rhaenyra's legitimate children.
