South East London, UK -- I had some post-election blues yesterday but recovering slowly and surely. If you feel a little downtrodden and need some music that fits your mood a little bit more, take a listen to Lucidalabrador’s track “On Moustaches & Drink”. This song reminds me a lot of Fog Lake’s songwriting (which means a lot). There’s a solemnness to this track but there’s also a whimsical and even purity and innocence to it that is uplifting in a way. I love the way the song progresses, especially when more little quirky sounds come in at the end of the song.
