Yet when you visit Lucien in his private quarters, you'll find nothing more than a dilapidated, shabby abandoned bunker—sparse furnishings beyond a single bed, an alchemy table, and a cabinet holding cheap liquor bottles. BTW the subsequent "dead drops" quests let you enter the private residences of nearly every other speakers of his rank, and you'll find that they all reside in duplex villas. I think this is an interesting piece of environmental storytelling, perhaps hinting in some way at Lucien's integrity in his work—he seems to channel most of his income into running the Sanctuary, rather than into personal luxury.
