Lucinette Part 1
Finally finished these two. I did one for night shading, and one for day shading. Here's the thing with the base colors;
I tell you what though, doing this challenge just goes to show that I still have a ways to go when it comes to shading. But that's the rough part of practice makes perfect.
Lucinette Gaming moment;
"...and that's how we won the last tournament!" Marinette proclaimed with pride swelling up in her chest. Her hands expertly navigated over the controller as she had beaten a pro in a ranked match without so much as breaking a sweat. She nuzzled back as she felt the arms wrapped loosely around her waist. His warmth seeped through the fabrics of her sweater as a constant reminder of his presence.
Unlike the bluenette, Lucien gently rested his chin on her head as he observed the game in silence. He only chimed in once or twice about the game mechanics. Not that he was new to gaming, but in comparison to the competitive Marinette. He was more of a casual gamer.
Lucinette Wip
Current project i've been working on. I've got all the way down to the base colors done. Eventually i'll get to the background and shading, but i think it's coming along nicely.
trying to keep the same style consistent has been a bit of a challenge, but eh. here you go
and here's some more Lucinette artwork because somebody has to showcase their romance. I mean, 30 chapters, 200k+ words of non-stop back and forth whether they were going to be a thing or not has to count for something, right?
Lucinette part 2
The other reason why I'm doing this exercise anyway is that if I want to do something like a skit, instead of having to draw every panel by hand, I figured that I could just use these for less time-consuming (especially if it's just focused on dialogue).
Lucinette Finished(ish)
Got the shading done, and started to work on the background a bit. This is just to capture the civilian life of Lucinette, probably after the war arc when everything calms down.
