Short summary of who the hell is Chem

- "Does Chem have any kind of disabilities that we don't know about?"

Chem's canonical disorders are autism, arthritis, chronic migraines, and chronic back pain. Them having sociopathy is now outdated because of the way I ended up portraying it.

- "Does Chem have any kind of stims?"

Yes.

- "Are they normal about humans? If not, then what does he exactly feel about them?"

He absolutely despises them for what they did to monsterkind and their allegedly "inherent cruelty" (bullshit, he just wanted another reason). He is also particularly mean to the fallen children.

- "What are Chem's jobs and what do they mostly do on them?"

Chem's official job is as a royal scientist along with their Alphys, although they do have an extra form of income. He is the king's toxicologist, originally being hired because Asgore wanted to understand the buttercups responsible for his own illness and Chara's death — now, with so much time having passed, Chem's purpose in the lab has become looser, but they still try to keep him in line.

- "What is Chem's favorite food?"

Food is only a fuel that they never allowed themselves to be picky about due to growing up poor, but he has a favorite dessert he often made when him and his Papyrus were younger.

- "What is his stability when it comes to money? Is he rich? Poor? Or maybe between the two?"

His wealth is inconsistent as the story progresses. In the beginning, as Chem, he has enough money to live mildly comfortably, but judges it as not enough. As Bio, since they focus a lot more on work and keeping up appearances, he is able to get promoted and improve his quality of life.

As War, he falls off a lot and almost gets fired, but somehow convinces his superiors to let him stay because "he'll change". As Fair, despite not having much motivation or energy anymore, he manages to get more stable.

- "How bad are they when it comes to managing new technologies (like phones)?"

Kind of bad. He is much better handling older computers and machines than anything else. Chem can manage a flip phone but will take a while to adjust to newer technologies.

- "And could we maybe know more about War?"

Yes you could.
