Yesterday we were walking around the lake and got to the part pictured where you’re walking on docks for a while. Lucy (our chorkie who never wants to swim) stuck her head between the fence rails and then one second later she was fully in the water! Luckily her leash and harness are strong and we were able to pull her back up. It was so out of the blue that my heart was pounding and I’m still confused about if she knew what she was doing lol. Maybe she thought all the lilly pads could be walked on, hah. ps. this lake is absolutely nasty and we still had to finish another twenty minutes of the walk before we could get her home for a bath.
