Cagayan Valley is currently suffering its worst flood in 40 years. After super typhoon #UlyssesPH left damages in Bicol, on 13 November, the typhoon went north and left the Cagayan Valley with flood and death tolls, hence calling it the "Worst Flood" in 40 years.
