How is Ryan Ross problematic? I didn't know this, so if you could point me in the way of some good examples or something I'd appreciate it. (Not challenging you, just wanna learn)

i don’t have the masterpost anymore that someone made giving a bunch of examples but I’ll say the few that i remember off the top of my head: 

he made quite a few transphobic comments and slurs (and he deleted them on twitter so they can no longer be found) 

has been CONSISTENTLY telling his fans that he’s putting out new music and hasn’t even made an attempt to do so (just put out supposed demos of songs)

when he was in panic he put down brendon constantly about how his music and lyrics were shit and that the band was alive because of ryan 

also put out a tweet about how he wasn’t going to be joining the remaining four boys of one direction, and that they’d be joining HIS band (which he doesn’t really have one at the moment) and while that isn’t exactly problematic and could more-so be just his ego talking, it’s kind of icing on the cake

this is in NO WAY defending brendon either because i am very well aware that brendon is problematic himself. but if you say that brendon is problematic and  then you say ryan ross in an angel in the same breath i have to question you

Hey there, only just saw the new patch (so excited to play this!). I know how to apply pathces, but how do I do it and keep my progress in the game? I'm asking here instead of on your personal in case anyone here would like to know as well.

Actually, I’m not sure if you’ll be able to keep your progress, seeing as some of the game mechanics and graphics have been changed so significantly. I’ve managed to keep my progress with the other patches though, so it might be possible. (I haven’t upgraded my game yet because of IRL things that have been happening, but hopefully I can do that soon.)

What I did was I applied the patch to the FireRed ROM, I renamed it to match the name of the previous version I had on my phone, then I deleted the old ROM and replaced it with the new one. If the name doesn’t match up, your computer or phone won’t recognize that the old save files are supposed to go with the new rom.

This is the ideal result, but I’d recommend keeping a copy of the old ROM file in a folder or something so if it doesn’t work you can go back to the original copy.

Yes, of course! I'm not entirely sure how to queue things myself, I must admit, so that'll be a good thing you can contribute.

Now, I'll need your preferred Mod nickname, the blog you use as your personal, your main blog (if your personal isn't already it - I'm assuming that the blog you're using to send these asks is your main), and two friends of yours I can contact. I'd also like to know if you've modded any other blogs before. A sample of your writing would also be nice, if you have the time to do so. If not, you can just link me to something you've written on any of your posts, though simply judging by the asks you've sent, I'm fairly certain you're capable of making understandable and informative posts.

PS, I will not publish any of the information you give me on the blog, especially if you don't want me to. Personal privacy reasons and all that. :)

How could I help mod? What would my responsibilities be?

As a mod, you (and any other applicants) would be responsible for writing new posts and adding new information so that our followers get a constant stream of fresh material and this blog doesn’t get shoved in the corner and forgotten. (Hehe, oops. Sorry.)

Mods will also be responsible for correcting grammar on some posts, answering asks sent to the blog, contributing as much data as they can to fill out lacking information, and generally keeping this blog running.

When I did the rice thing with my phone I took it apart and then just completely covered it. Like, I couldn't see it at ALL. Idk how much of your tablet you can take apart, but I hope it works out for you!
