Six Sentence Sunday
Per request by the lovely @ska1an, here’s a chunk from my modern au where Erik’s a punk rocker in a band. I still need a name for this sucker, huh. I’m in the editing stage, and it’s gonna end up being a few chapters, taking place right after Boy at the Rock Show. I’m excited to share this one!!
The lead singer, guitarist, and bassist ran out on stage, picking up their instruments and looking out to the crowd with waves and smiles. El had to stand up on his toes a bit to see Erik climb into the drum kit setup. Their eyes met for a moment, had he seen him?
Erik’s smile was so bright he lit up the entire stage. He’d seen him alright.
"What's up everybody? We're Victimizer, and we're here to tear it up." The lead singer nodded to Erik, and El heard the click of drumsticks as they counted off into their first song.

“Ye- yeah, what’s up?” Erik stammered.
