Today's character spotlight is someone who is known as a Wandering Echonian, a person who came to the kingdom as a traveler and decided to stay as family.

Hatsune Rin is known for her excellent baking skills, her claim to fame being that she has avoided any mishaps while cooking for the last three years. The villagers have come to look forward to the smell of her freshly baked bread as it wafts through the village each morning like an old friend.

She is kind and can be a bit hot-headed when provoked, but her sweet demeanor is only matched by the sweetness of her pastries.

She prefers serving her goods to those who appreciate them, and therefore is less than pleased when patrons or children complain about her pastries, chalking it up to their lack of taste as opposed to any wrongdoing on her part.

She is well-known throughout the village and even the royal family has been known to stop by her shop to purchase her wares, especially Crown Prince SP.

On a random, nice evening where the colours in the sky were painted blues and purples and blacks as it reached nightfall, the Heights Alliance dormitories would find a rather tall person with tan skin and light blue hair with eyes to match intruding upon the premises.

He had somehow gotten into the common area of Class A, and was simply exploring. And possibly raiding the refrigerators. With the clanging of pots and pans, he was definitely raiding the kitchens.

He had not set off any alarms, so either he managed to avoid the systems, got very lucky, or had permission to be here.. Which was unlikely, considering the school didn't allow visitors past curfew, and it was past that.

Momo Yaoyorozu blinked up from the stack of textbooks she had been reorganizing in the common area, her hands pausing mid-motion as she took in the unexpected sight. “Oh!” she began, her voice a soft mixture of surprise and concern, “I… I didn’t expect anyone else to be here at this hour. Um, are you—” she hesitated, careful with her words, “supposed to be here?”

Her gaze flicked toward the scattered pots and pans, and then to the open refrigerator, before returning to him. Even though she could sense he didn’t seem threatening, the thought of a stranger in their dorms, past curfew, made her heart flutter a little.

“I suppose… if you are visiting someone, you should probably announce yourself,” she added gently, keeping her tone neutral but polite. “It’s just… these hours are usually for residents only.”

She tilted her head, curiosity softening her initial caution. “Though… you don’t seem like you’d intentionally cause trouble, do you?”

A cloud appeared, and though it was unusual, there was a reasoning behind it. The cloud wrapped around you like a scarf, before taking the shape of a flower. A daisy, to be exact, floating in the air to be taken.

Mere moments later, a cheery, familiar face popped up from a hallway of U.A, revealing the culprit behind the cloudy scene.

"Hi again. Yaoyorozu, right?"

Momo blinked in surprise when the soft wisp of cloud brushed against her skin, the vapor curling into delicate petals that hovered just in front of her. A daisy—so carefully shaped, as though whoever made it had taken time to remember what flowers meant to her. Her fingers reached out instinctively, brushing through the mist as if it were something tangible.

Her gaze lifted toward the source of the voice, her expression brightening in recognition.

“Ah—yes, that’s right.” She smiled softly, tucking a stray strand of hair behind her ear. “Oboro Shirakumo, correct? I remember you from when we last met.”

She glanced back at the floating flower, a light laugh escaping her. “You startled me a little with this one. Though… it’s very charming. A daisy?”

Today's character spotlight is not a member of the Luminous Echoes kingdom, but rather an ally from the neighboring kingdom, Princess Neru of the Kingdom of the Golden Static.

Neru is a notoriously tech-savvy princess who is seemingly always glued to her yellow smart phone. When she is not capturing and judging royal events in her kingdom, Princess Neru can often be found complaining of low follower count or the boring state of her feed with her sister Princess Teto.

Despite her seemingly disinterested nature, she frequently finds her way to the kingdom of Luminous Echoes as a diplomatic ambassador as her sister is often busy with kingdom military operations. However, Neru is more interested in what you can do for her social media account than what you can do for her kingdom. This results in her negotiations with King Append often reaching a smooth conclusion as long as she can take a selfie.

Neru's regular content includes images of various places she visits or people and things she finds interesting. Her followers often come for the judgmental commentary rather than for the actual content itself. She can be rather short in her words, both when speaking and posting, but those who speak to her often appreciate her directness, or leave in tears.

When visiting the Luminous Echoes kingdom, she often arrives unannounced, demanding audiences with King Append on the spot. If denied, she immediately seeks out the location of Prince Punkish with the intention of engaging in bouts of public disorder in order to escalate her appointment time to as soon as possible.

She looks at Crown Prince SP and Officer Act 2 as "softies who need toughening up", but her demeanor tends to be less brash when interacting with them due to their more sensitive nature. She is suspicious of LS the Flash Merchant, who not only frequents Luminous Echoes, but The Golden Static as well, and she avoids Royal Strategist Append at all costs as he reminds her of her sister.
