@lunadax ! Now that I’ve moved into my new place, I finally have Benedict up in his new home! My mom’s housewarming gift was to have him properly framed and matted and whatnot (acid-free paper!), so here he is! Excuse the weird angle; I was trying to get out of the reflection, lol:

we never spoke, and are not mutuals, but i still like you the way you are, differing opinions and all. sorry about the mutual, i think i know a bit about how it can feel (although every experience is different)

i'm just surprised but not really sad about it. It's a bit selfish imo not to let a mutual know specially if it's someone that you used to talk to in a fairly regular basis. But it's fine, i'm cleaning up my following list and will probably follow some blogs i've always wanted to but i was already following too many blogs (i'm less than 500 now and i was close to 600 at one point). x

This was in mail today -- the freaking amazing, incredibly kind @lunadax sent me two of her drawings, because they remind me of Sherlock from Noctiluca scintillans.

@lunadax, I can’t believe I’m holding these artworks in my hands and I pretty much have tears in my eyes. Your talent is outstanding and I’m in awe. Thank you so, so, so much.

Thank you!!!  I bought a fantastic retro robot piece that I adore from this artist and when I saw they had a few sketch commission slots, I leapt at the chance.  Can’t wait to see what the finished piece looks like!
