so my dinner today is something called “lungemos” and I’ve not found out what that is in English, so my brain went all “mashed lungs” or “lung mash”...and then just, no. It sounds so wrong... but it’s pork lungs and heart and some other rest stuff and it actually tastes really good! Like a spicier version of “leverpostei”, which is pork liver and lard and tastes really, really good. Sounds so disgusting when you know what’s in it....
