Tuesday walk. Somewhere in there I paused my garmin and forgot to restart it. So I did a couple extra laps. I seriously wanted to dump the weighted vest after about a mile and a half, but I kept it on. I can feel where the stairs are working my feet and ankles which need more support for roller derby. Since I’ve started doing this I can tell that my feet plant more firmly, even on the greasy surface.
