My Lush Review: Wiccy Magic Muscles Massage Bar So this is one of my all time favorite things I've ever got from Lush. Not only am I a sucker for cinnamon scents, but the little beans on the bar sparked my interest as well. I was looking for something to relieve my aches and pains all over my body. So this was the first massage bar I bought. Took it home, put it on before bed, and it was instant relief. I even slept better. I'm almost 9 months pregnant so the third trimester is a bitch. Everything hurts all the time so I was in desperate need of something to fix me. And this was and still is amazing. I've had it for a few months now and I use it a few nights a week if I'm feeling tense all over. It really is magic. I will definitely go to this whenever I need some muscle relief. Haven’t had time to review something lately so after finishing my first pot of this I’ll give it a review.

Let The Good Times Roll: Facial and Body Cleanser

Wow. This has by far been the best facial cleanser I’ve used from Lush. A friend had recommended it to me after I had a horrible experience with Angels on Bare Skin. The smell was what initially grabbed my attention. It has to be my favorite scent in all of Lush. Like the label says, “caramel, buttery popcorn fragrance.” Absolutely beautiful, The texture thick, and it has tiny little exfoliating crunch to it. Once you wash it off your skin is amazingly smooth ans smells sooooo good. This is an extremely gentle cleanser which is what my skin needs right now. I use it in the shower and alternate with this and 9 to 5 in the evenings or mornings. So far so good. I just hope once my hormones are regulated again after the baby is born, that my face will still love this. 

Overall Rating: 5/5 

I may just stick with this forever!

T For Toes: Foot Powder

I really liked the smell of this for some reason even though its overpowering. Hoping it will keep my feet nice and deodorized, because with working over 40 hours a week these past few weeks, apparently my feet suddenly stink after 20 years of not stinking. Sooo fingers crossed. 

Five O’ Clock Whistle: Shaving Smoothie

I really really LOVE this smell. And the creamy texture. It’s a newbie to the Lush family so I figured I’d give it a whirl since D’Fluff doesn’t always work for me. 

Bubblegum: Lip Scrub

Tis the season for chapped lips. I’m hoping this beauty helps with that issue. It smells delicious.

My new Lush Haul! Don't Look At Me: Fresh Face Mask FINALLY GOT THIS :D and I love it. It smells like fruit loops! Rehab Shampoo: Got a little baby bottle to try. Hoping this will be as good as they say. Let The Good Times Roll: Facial Cleanser Grabbed a small tub of this because I'm almost done with my big tub. So far this is the most gentle on my skin Face wash wise. Hormonally, my skin is horrifying but this is one of the only things that has cooperated with it. Curly Wurly Shampoo Sample: I'm in a coconutty mood these days and coconut is so good for your hair. I'm a little hesitant because I've heard this leaves chunks of coconut in your hair but it smells so good. Daddy O Shampoo Sample: This smells like salon shampoo. It's a little tough to get past the smell but I'm hoping this will keep my blonde from being brassy. Andddddddddd Brightside Bubble Bar: In desperate need for relaxation these days so I picked this lovely citrus bar.

Just a Thought

A lot of Lush products are hard for me to enjoy because the smells are too strong or too earthy. But I love the the simplicity of 9 to 5. I don't use it that often but I've been trying to start using it every night before bed. It is so light and the smell is so comforting. I really don't know why but I love it. Lol.

So I’ve come to the conclusion that after all my reading research as well as my own physical experiements, THERE ARE NO LUSH SHAMPOOS GOOD FOR COLORED HAIR. Yes they have Blousey and Daddy-O and hair masks and all that jazz but ITS BULLCRAP. You have to have a very special nose to survive both of those scents in my opinion. As for the shampoo bars, the majority of them either have sea salt or lemon in them which is a natural remover of color in the hair. DON’T GET ME WRONG I will most likely use Lush shampoos forever, but I’m just giving those of you a heads up that are looking for something to maintain color, that you won’t find something available for daily use. 

A lot of the shampoos require a thick conditioner or a leave in conditioner. I’m going through that issue right now, Montabellno is extremely drying. Love it but it needs Retread and R&B. And the same goes for I Love Juicy.

Elbow Grease moisturizing bar is the holy grail for dull skin. The nutritious blend of cupaçu butter and mumuru butter will leave your skin hydrated and uplifting neroli will enchant your senses and brighten not only your skin but tattoos too!
