Week 50!
Luminous and I went on lots of hikes and played in the snow. It's hard to believe he's almost a year now!

Week 50!
Luminous and I went on lots of hikes and played in the snow. It's hard to believe he's almost a year now!
The crime...
And the accused!
The poodle says the cat did it but I have it on good authority that the cat was asleep on his heating pad during the time of the crime. This warrants a thorough investigation!
Behold one of the reasons updates have slowed - Lu the miniature poodle puppy! He WILL eat paintbrushes and he WILL cry desperately if forced to watch other people enjoy cheese but I love him dearly!

Lu is thrilled to celebrate his first spooky season! 😋 He starts his Canine Good Citizen class this weekend and I'm super excited to earn his first title. He's just excited about all the chicken he gets for being a good boy 😂 thanks for asking~
Today Lu is 32 weeks or eight months old!
29 weeks old! At what point do I stop measuring his age in weeks? Maybe eight months will be it haha but this was a great week. Lu got to play with the cats a ton! And try on fun new sweaters.
But tell me how this dog and I can go on a five mile hike and then we come home and he begs to play fetch? I don't care what anyone says, poodles are athletic dogs that do best with tons of exercise.
Week 52!!!
Luminous is one year old!!!
We had a fun little photo op because you only live once and he did brilliant. He also got lots of treats and we ran around the park afterwards 🥰 I can't wait to see what this next year brings for us!
Week 49
The last month and a half we haven't done much training besides reinforcing what Lu already knows but now we're back in gear! 😄
We practiced at the park and took a nice walk to admire the ducks and frozen pond. Lu also got a brand new super lacy adorable collar that I adore but isn't suitable for all day wear. More for HIS enjoyment, we also picked up a Kong Tugga Wubba that is now his most favorite toy ❤️
