“How was work?” Lucas was already climbing into Lucans lap and the man hadn’t even been home for long. Luke had been much more clingy lately since the whole ordeal with his parents. He was still shook up, not leaving the mans side when he didn’t have to and getting as close as he could when they were together. Honestly, he just hoped that he wasn’t annoying the man.

Luke didn’t even know what to do about this. He was shaking as he followed Lucan. “Please, sir.” He tugged at his shirt with a whine. “I want to go home. Please can we just go home.” He knew bring Lucan home with him to his parents. His mom was wonderful and warm and welcoming and god did she love Lucan already, but his Dad had been drunk since the moment they walked in the door and Lucan had seen too much.

“I’m fine, Lucan.” The boys voice cracked, as he avoided looking at his lover. The younger didn’t want to deal with this right now, Lucan didn’t have to be roped into the drama of his family. He still hadn’t told him everything, or well really anything. The random bruises, the skittish moments and the fear in his eyes when Lucan got too rough. It was probably pretty obvious that something was wrong with him but he wouldn’t speak about it and skirted around the topic like an expert. Things were getting worse though. His dad was drinking more and his mom was refusing to leave and it drove him crazy. He didn’t know what to do because this was starting to affect his relationship with Lucan.

“Shut up.” Lukes words had no bite, and it was obvious in his eyes that he was trying really hard to be intimidating. He had never tried to be pushy with Lucan, he had always let the elder be in charge, but he wanted to see what this change would bring. “Please?” He added softly, chewing on his lip a bit. “I wanna be in charge.” He whined and licked a stripe up Lucans neck.

Lucas immediately started giggling as Lucan locked him in place. “Lu!” he whined, squirming playfully in the mans hold. “I’m guessing I’m not allowed to leave?” He joked lightly as he craned his neck to look up at his boyfriend.

Lukes eyes were brimming with tears now He couldn’t keep hiding this from the man he loved. He looked down, unable to look Lucan in the eye as he mumbled. “I don’t think I should go home to visit anymore. It was his Dad. It was all his Dad, all the scars the bruises the skittish behavior. All the abuse.

“Lucan.” Luke whine, crawling into bed and straddling his sleeping boyfriends hips. “Wake up.” he leaned down, pressing open mouthed kisses on the mans neck and chest. “Wake up.” he repeated in a murmur, letting his hips roll against Lucans. Oh he was feeling playful. Lucan had been so careful with him since that one time he had passed out, and now he wanted more than he had been getting.
