Give me a character and I will give you my thoughts on
one aspect about them i love: that they actually gave him depth. Like, they could've just left him as a kinda-mean kid Hilda doesn't get on with, but instead we got details on his home life, and I really do appreciate that even if it makes me sad for him.
one aspect i wish more people understood about them: that the reason he acts out is that he's being abused. Obviously he has hurt Hilda and her friends (and Raven), and they don't owe him forgiveness, but he's not some awful irredeemable person. At worst he's a misbehaving 12-year-old, but that's ignoring the genuinely awful treatment (and implications) we saw in The Yule Lads.
one (or more) headcanon(s) i have about this character: if he does ever get out from under his mother's thumb, and get to find himself, then he'll start wearing skirts. He just vibes with them and they make him comfy :))
one character i love seeing them interact with: in canon, nobody? In AUs where he's redeemed though, it's Hilda and her friends, especially David/Lucy :))
one character i wish they would interact with/interact with more: see above I guess? I really want a redemption arc for him.
one (or more) headcanon(s) i have that involve them and one other character: once he does get away from his mum and starts working to be a better person, he is aggressively protective of his friends. Like, before, he wasn't normally any more physical than beaning someone with a snowball, but he will straight up fight people who don't accept Lucy.
