“Well.... you’re the one they’ve been talking about then, eh.....? Guess I’m not alone in having Lucifer as horrible parent of the year.....” Green eyes watched the younger man curiously, head tipping just a tad to the side as he smiled a touch. “Pleasure to meet you... the name is Lazarus Panick, and evidently I’m your big brother....”

Hearing Dean’s name made him flinch slightly. Sure they had gotten better over the last few weeks. But it wasn’t exactly easy for him to forget Dean’s promise. If Jack slipped up, Dean would kill him. Even now, Jack believed that. “Oh, I’m Jack. It’s nice to meet you.”
Laurie noticed the flickering of uncertainty in his eyes and figured she owed him some assurance. She had no intention of threatening him or anything like that. He seemed like any other kid. For now, anyway. “Yeah.. Don’t worry, I’m not such a hard ass like Dean. I’m not here to be paranoid like him.”
“Rad.”
“Did - did you just say ’rad’?”

“You’re my favorite.”
Michael just grinned and pulled Jack into a bear hug. It was amazing how a couple of words could cheer you up if you were a bit frustrated.
“I ate five pudding cups and now my chest hurts.”
“I think you’re experiencing something called heartburn.” Michael frowned as he started to dig around one of the kitchen cabinets before pulling out a bottle of tums. “Take... two of these,” he said as he read the directions. “according to Dean they help.”
