Also Luna’s mum is Sylva, (and I’m luxroyalty)
@luxroyalty
Thanks on Luna’s mums' name :D
And ooooo, that is a really awesome idea. Noct is just talking about his day and Nyx is already pretty sure that the kid - that his little brother - is in Tenebrae because of all of the doodles that he had been getting as they travelled, but then Noct starts talking about the clouds on the horizon - and look, Nyx is from Galahd, is Ramuh’s Chosen, and he knows storms. Nyx is from Galahd - from an island that is under constant encroachment by Niflheim forces - and some days he thinks that he knew the signs of incoming airships before he could speak. And Nyx, Nyx recognises something in what Noct is saying, so he asks - he teases his little soulmate until the kid admits enough, until he draws a rough sketch of what he sees, and then Nyx’s heart stops.
He drops everything that he’s doing and is moving before he even realises it - plotting and planning and deciding the quickest route to Tenebrae, all the while terrified that he wasn’t going to make it on time
(Tenebrae was so far away, and Noct - his little brother, his soulmate whom he had grown to love fiercely over the past 7 years - could already see the ships on the horizon and he might not have enough time)
He drops everything and he runs and he warps and he hopes - and Lib and Crowe are right behind him because this is Nyx’s brother, and they would follow Nyx into the depths of hell (where following him into what might be certain death).
They run and above them a storm rages - Ramuh delaying the ships in the only way that he can because his Chosen, his grandson, asked it off of him and Nyx never asks for anything - and still, by the time that they reach Tenebrae, the battle is already raging.
Nyx leaps from the trees and lands between Queen Sylva and General Glauca, armiger deflecting the broad-sword about to kill the queen who was protecting her son.
Nyx crouches between the Queen and Niflheim's most feared weapon, teeth bared at this man who has slaughtered so many of his people, and his eyes are glowing green as he meets the shocked eyes of the King of Lucis.
