❀. aesthetics.
not sure what it is about this theme but i can’t say i’m too fond of it. i love shay’s themes, i’ve used a lot of them but this one just doesn’t do it for me. it’s probably just the width of everything and that bottom thing, not feelin’ it. aside from that, your graphics are cute. i like how simple everything is tbh ; the more simple, the better. imo anyway. the colors are great ; nothing’s too bright or in your face. though i do have a tiny complaint which is the white on pink, that’s a little hard to read. not much else to comment on. your navigation is alright ; i’ve never been a fan of everything on one page but it’s neat, so i can dig it. all in all, this is aesthetically pleasing.
❀. plot.
honestly, i’ve never watched gossip girl. i haven’t got a damn clue as to what the plot is really about. and i’ve seen one too many gossip girl rp’s out there. idk, maybe i’m not feeling it because i’m not a fan of the show? it just doesn’t get me excited ( no offense though, honestly. rp’s don’t excite me anymore. ) maybe if you elaborated on it, juiced that ‘plot twist’ some more. make it more of your own and less about the show. give it the umph it needs.
all in all, i could see some potential here. i think with a few tweaks, y’all could be a really great group. for now, it isn’t a rec. i wish y’all the best.
